Sweepstakes registration, rules and regulations.

To win you must do two things:

#1 - 2009 Registration: Register by joining our mailing list before March 31, 2009 by completing/updating your profile and checking the "Sweepstakes Registration" box in your profile. You must be over age 18 and live in the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii to be eligible. By registering for our Annual Sweepstakes via the box above, you agree to the following statement: "I have read, understand, and hereby agree to be bound by the rules and regulation as listed on this website and below.

#2 - Enter: Enter between April 1, 2009 and April 5th, 2009 by forwarding a "special email" that we will send to all registrants at noon on April 1, 2009. By forwarding this email, you will be helping us raise awareness about our fundraising for two charities that support families in medical crisis and can increase your chances of winning. For each person you forward this email to, we will enter your name in the drawing (limit 5 entries per person). Based on the 2008 entries, you have a 1 in 6 chance to win. Entries are valid only when forwarded via the blue link a the bottom of the "special email" that says "forward email." You must read on for the complete rules and regulations you are agreeing to.

Sweepstakes Registration, Rules And Regulations

No Purchase Is Necessary To Win. A purchase will not affect or improve the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes Sponsor: ChristineRachelle.com, LLC, P.O. Box #3, Spinnerstown, PA 18968. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility: Eligibility is restricted to residents of the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii who are age 18 or older. You must be able to provide legal documentation confirming your age, citizenship, and state in which you reside. You must register and enter to win. You must have an active profile at the time of the drawing. Immediate family members of sweepstakes sponsor are ineligible to win.

To Register: To register you must complete a legitimate, accurate profile including first and last name, age, occupation, email address, and mailing address Before March 31, 2009. When completing your profile you must check the "Sweepstakes Registration" category. Registering does not enter you in the sweepstakes. Registering enables you to receive the "special email" that will be sent on April 1st. Only by forwarding the "special email" will you be entered in the sweepstakes drawing. By registering you are joining the free mailing list of the sweepstakes sponsor and understand that you can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will permanently delete your profile from our records and void your entries.

To Enter: On April 1, 2009, ChristineRachelle.com will send all registrants a "special email" at noon. The "special email" must be forwarded via the blue link at the bottom of the email that says "forward email" to at least one person before midnight on March 5, 2009 to be counted as a valid entry. Registrants name will be entered one time for each person he/she forward the "special email" to with a limit of 5 entries per person. Entires are limited to first generation forwarding and once again, only valid when forwarded via the correct blue link at the bottom of the page that says "forward email." Entries must be submitted online through ChristineRachelle.com. All instructions as outlined in the sweepstakes emails and on the website ChristineRachelle.com must be followed.

Prizes Are As Follows: Grand Prize: Six month supply of Nature's Rhapsody Body Care - Prize Value $250.00. Second Prize: Two month supply of Nature's Rhapsody Body Care - Prize Value $60.00. Third Prize: Personalized CD, The Love I Feel and Nature's Rhapsody Herbal Tea Sampler - Prize Value $28.00.

Duration: The sweepstakes commences on April 1, 2009 and closes on April 5, 2009. Drawing will be on Sunday April 6, 2009, time and location TBA. Winner does not need to be present to win. If not present, winner will be notified via email. Prize will be delivered via US Mail.

Privacy Policy: Sweepstakes sponsor will not trade or otherwise distribute its mailing list to anyone for any reason. In the event of a dispute as to the winner's identity, entries will be deemed by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.

Additional Rules And Requirements: Entires containing false or illegible information will be disqualified. Only emails send from ChristineRachelle.com@comcast.net contain official, valid information. Sweepstakes sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected emails. All entries become the property of the sweepstakes sponsor and will not be returned. Winner must sign a release and accept the prize as provided by the sweepstakes sponsor. Sweepstakes sponsor and promotional partners are not liable for any damages or losses of any kinds, including direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the sweepstakes or any prize won. Sweepstakes sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes without notice in the event that the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the sweepstakes sponsor's control which corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. Acceptance of the prize by winner releases sweepstakes sponsor and its promoters from all liability associated with the sweepstakes and the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name, town, state of residents, photographs and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes by the sweepstakes sponsor.
