Delivery
When you place an order, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery as our products are hand crafted when ordered. After placing an order you may log on to your account at PayPal.com to view the details of the transaction. Please note: at this time we do not offer over night shipping and do not ship outside of the USA. All packages are shipped 1st class or priority via the United States Postal Service. Once the USPS scans to confirm delivery, the package is no longer the responsiblity of ChristineRachelle.com, LLC. When you place your order, please be sure to supply an address that accepts packages.

Returns
All of our merchandise (except CD's) is made specifically for each customer when ordered so we are unable to exchange or accept return items. Products damaged during shipping may be returned to the address above with a request for a replacement. All sales are final. CD's may be returned for a full refund (refund does not include shipping) within 15 days from purchase in the original shrink wrap if there is no evidence of use or damage.
